Anna Mayflower
Anna Mayflower is a newcomer to the foothills but an experienced practitioner and appreciator of yoga. She began practicing in 2011 and after 5 years on the mat, became a certified yoga teacher. With a professional background in healthcare, she brings her passion for chronic disease prevention and management into her teaching. In every class she provides education that promotes body awareness while also choosing asana sequences that increase mobility and improve functional strength. Her goal is for her students to see positive changes in themselves both on the mat and in their daily lives.
Off the mat, Anna enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, nature walks with her beloved dog, and laughing until her stomach hurts (usually at herself - hopefully she’ll provide you with a chuckle or two during class).
