Hello, my name is Mary Ryan and I am a 3rd generation Classically trained instructor with lineage to Romana Kryzanowska. She was one of Joseph Pilates original students! I was certified through Equinox Los Angeles and taught at their Beverly Hills Location. I later moved to Dallas, TX where I taught at Pilates Methodology for several years. I opened my own studio in Dallas, which I ran for 5 years. I recently sold the studio to move to South Carolina to indulge in the beauty and peacefulness of the Carolina's. I spend most of my time with my dogs and husband cultivating my vegetable and flower gardens. I have currently taken up horse back riding as new hobby!!
