BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. When you click on Schedule Now, navigate to the "classes" tab. Choose which class you would like to attend and click to select class. A $20 Drop - In fee will be shown but you will be able to choose a discounted class pass when you get to the next step.
Here you can chose the New Client Class Pass - 3 for $30
2. Choose a package and then click "continue to last step"
3. You will see your total with your package applied to the class you have booked.
4. Fill in your credit card information and acknowledge our waiver (you will only have to do this one time). 
5. You will receive a booking confirmation email where you can access your account to early cancel  or book additional classes. Please use same email when booking otherwise it will make you a duplicate account.
*We have a 12 hr Cancellation Policy for all Group Classes.
* The Instructor for the class will be listed in the class title.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



Apprentice Mat Pilates - Saturdays at 10:30am ($5)
In this all levels class, you will experience the original Pilates Method Matwork,  A series of flowing exercises that move the spine in all directions all while keeping you focused on your powerhouse (the muscles of your abdominals, back and hips). 
Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates
-Concentration, Control, Center, Flow, Precision and Breath.
Mats are provided. Beginners welcome!

Pilates + Props - Tuesdays at 6:15pm
This class introduces props such as the Foam Roller, CoreBall and Magic Circle. These bring a whole new level of challenge and support to the classical Pilates Mat Repertoire, targeting our deep trunk stabilizers as we can add an unstable surface to move on.  You will strengthen and stretch your entire body in this fun and challenging class full of variety and dynamic movements! Mats and props are provided.

 Movement Foundations - Mondays and Fridays at 5pm
Healthy movement requires a cultivated balance of stretch, strength, and
control. Movement Foundations incorporates all three principles to balance the human
frame through intelligent exercise. With a focus on standing exercises as well as a
balanced floor routine, Movement Foundations
challenges the whole body from the inside out to:
● increase flexibility, strength, and balance
● improve alignment
● enhance breathing and circulation
● boost energy and mental concentration
Please bring your own Mat and water bottle.

Balance Barre - Wednesdays at 4pm

This class is designed for those who are looking for a gentler workout with a focus on improving balance and strength with the extra support the Ballet Barre can give. Great for beginners, seniors, those working through injuries and pregnant or new mamas. We will focus on hip, knee, ankle and foot mobility exercises as well as upper body strengthening with a Theraband or light weights. Set to a relaxing playlist this class is a more restorative version of the upbeat Core Barre class style.
Mats and Props are provided.


Barre Fusion - Mondays at 7:30am, Thursdays at 8:30am and 5:30pm
Find your inner dancer in this invigorating class that combines Ballet moves at the Barre with elements of Pilates and Yoga to create a well rounded, total body workout.  We will begin with a dynamic warm up and then lower body moves at the Barre (think Plie's and Pulses). Followed by Upper body work with weights/resistance bands and then finishing with Pilates and Yoga moves on the mat. This is an upbeat class set to music so be ready to sweat and move! Mats are provided.

Vinyasa Yoga - Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm
A moving meditation for all levels.
Flow through a variety of poses in this breath-focused class.
  Gain greater strength and flexibility while improving your overall mind + body health in this classic Vinyasa style workout.
Please bring your own Mat. All other props will be provided.

Power + Restore - Saturdays at 9am
An energetic flow linking breath and movement for a full-body, dynamic practice. Athleticism is balanced with mindfulness and calm as class ends with stillness. This is a 75 min class to provide that extra time for a well deserved restorative postures.
Please bring your own Mat. All other props will be provided.

Hatha Yoga - Wednesdays at 8am
Hatha Yoga provides a space to connect your movement to your breath, while also finding time to slow down. In this class, you'll find dynamic Asana's (poses), longer holds that build heat + more time dedicated to deeper stretches. This class focuses on finding balance in your body, breath and mind. We begin with a period of silence and centering and then slowly warm up with poses and movements that take place lying down and seated on the mat. Then we flow through a series of standing postures meant to bring focus, increase balance, and improve stability. All bodies and levels welcome!
Please bring your own Mat. All other props will be provided.

Restorative Yoga - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am
In Leisa’s restorative classes, you will feel like you’ve pushed the reset button. You will use props to soften into poses that aim to keep the spine supple and create more space and mobility in the hips and shoulders. The longer holds target the connective tissue and fascia, which will help increase your range of motion and strength. This class is for every body. New or well practiced yogis are all invited to attend this 75 minutes of self care and relaxation of both mind and body. Please bring your own mat. All other props will be provided.

Yin + Meditate - Fridays at 2pm
Yin yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props such as bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets to support you in holding poses for a longer period of time. When we hold poses, it allows our bodies to open through passive stretching. During this practice, you’ll place your body in gentle, fully supported poses. The use of props provides a completely supportive environment for total relaxation. This practice promotes deep releases in your connective tissue, nourishes the natural range of motion of the joints, and calms the mind. This class is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to yoga. Please bring your own Mat. All other props will be provided.

Chair Yoga - Wednesdays at 12:30pm
Chair yoga is a gentle practice using a chair to assist you in reaching your fullest potential in each posture. Often, wrist or knee issues make a regular yoga class on a mat too difficult, chair yoga eliminates the transitions from the floor, which makes it a great alternative! In Leisa’s class, we will work to increase balance, flexibility, strength and body awareness. We will also explore breathing techniques that will help promote focus and relaxation. Senior friendly class...Chairs will be provided.

Prenatal Yoga - Mondays at 10:30am
A class for the pregnant mama to experience the benefits of a safe and gentle yoga practice in a relaxing atmosphere. Connect with your changing body and growing baby in this 55-minute class designed to help ease tension and strengthen muscles needed for labor and delivery. Modifications for each trimester will be given. Whether you are just beginning your pregnancy or almost to the finish line, you will learn tools to prepare both mind and body for birth and beyond! This will be lead by Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Doula, Julia Petty.

Easy like a Sunday Morning - Sundays at 10am
In this gentle yoga class, our practice will move at a slower, less intensive pace. This class offers all the benefits of a vigorous practice, but without the sweat, soreness and pain. We will warm up and move into familiars postures that will be held longer creating less strain in the muscles and joints. Come chill out to some soft seventies tunes in this easy like a Sunday morning class.

Please bring your own mat. All other props will be provided.

Kids Yoga + Intuitive Play - Fridays at 3:30pm
During our Kids Yoga + Intuitive Play class, we will become scientists of the self. We will study our relationships to others, ourselves, our bodies, our breath, our emotions, and practice our ability to focus and meditate. Each day will be filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play, and activities that engage children and give them the big picture of what yoga is as well as the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside! Children ages 4y -8y welcome to enroll.

Bellydance - Tuesdays at 7:30pm

Learn the graceful art of Bellydance (Raqs Sharki) in this invigorating class, designed to introduce you to the enchanting music and movements of the Middle East. You will learn basic technique and musicality as you build strength and flexibility throughout your entire body. This form of dance truly empowers women to become more comfortable and connected to their bodies strength and sensuality no matter ones age or size.
Fanina's encouraging and friendly style creates a class environment that welcomes students to find JOY through dance!

No experience needed - Hip scarves provided

Cardio Funk - Thursdays at 7:45pm
Cardio Funk will get your heart pumping while you learn a high energy and fun hip hop cardio routine. This all-level class is approachable for beginners and seasoned dancers alike. The class consists of a light warmup and short body weight workout before learning the dance. Please wear clean sneakers to class, no other props needed.
