SAMANTHA MOONBEAR
Certified Yoga Instructor
Like the earth, yoga grounds and revitalizes Samantha with each practice. She has been practicing for over a decade and still finds ways to deepen and challenge her personal practice. Seeking relief from chronic pain from over use as a professional athlete and stress she began this journey to assist others in relieving suffering. As a yoga instructor, Sam encourages self exploration to cultivate a level of self awareness.
She is passionate about creating and holding a safe space for individuals to quiet their inner experience, move their body in specific ways that provide freedom and internal space, and inviting people to let go of painful mental and fascial holding patterns.
She holds a 500-hr RYT certification through the Asheville Yoga Center as well as Kids Yoga Certification. She teaches a blend of Hatha, Flow, and Bhakti Yoga. Samantha also teaches Yoga for the Boys and Girls Club of the Upstate, and is passionate about Yoga for ALL bodies!
